Build a self-service knowledge base for your players.

Overview

The help center lets you create a public knowledge base hosted on your game's landing page. Players can search for answers before reaching out to support — reducing your ticket volume.

Create Categories

Organize your articles into categories:

  1. Go to Game → Help Center
  2. Click "Add Category"
  3. Give it a name, description, and optional icon
  4. Drag to reorder categories
TipCommon category structures: "Getting Started", "Gameplay", "Technical / Troubleshooting", "Account & Billing", "Known Issues".

Write Articles

Each article has:

  • Title — displayed in search results and the category listing
  • Content — rich text with headings, lists, images, and code blocks
  • Status — draft or published

Published articles appear on your landing page's help center section and are searchable by players.

The help center includes full-text search. Players type a query and see matching articles ranked by relevance. This works automatically — no configuration needed.

Linking to Support

If a player can't find their answer, the help center links to your support email address (configured in Support settings), creating a smooth handoff from self-service to assisted support.
