Building a Landing Page

Choose a Template

GameTrowel offers genre-themed templates: minimalist, horror, cozy, retro, and more. Each template is designed to match the aesthetic of your game's genre.

Customize Sections

The landing page builder lets you:

  • **Toggle sections** on/off (hero, features, screenshots, FAQ, etc.)
  • **Reorder sections** via drag-and-drop
  • **Edit content** for each section individually
  • **Preview changes** in a live preview panel

    • Publish

    Set your subdomain (e.g., mygame.gametrowel.com) and click Publish. Your page is instantly live.

    Custom Domains (Pro+)

    Connect your own domain:

  • Enter your domain in the Custom Domain panel
  • Add the CNAME record pointing to `custom.gametrowel.com`
  • Once DNS is verified, SSL is automatically provisioned via Let's Encrypt

    • AI Generation (Starter+)

    Click "Generate with AI" to have your entire landing page built from your game's description and genre. You can accept, regenerate, or manually edit the result.
