Creating a Press Kit
Build professional press materials with assets and fact sheets.
Build Your Press Kit
The press kit builder walks you through each section:
- Company Info — shared across all games in your studio (name, description, founded date, location, contacts)
- Fact Sheet — developer, publisher, platforms, release date, price, engine
- Description — your game's description written for press context
- Features — key selling points as a bullet list
- History — the story behind your game and studio
- Awards — any recognition, nominations, or festival selections
- Credits — team members and their roles
Manage Assets
Upload screenshots, logos, key art, icons, and trailers. For each asset you can:
- Categorize it (logo, screenshot, key-art, icon, trailer, other)
- Add a caption and resolution info
- Reorder with drag-and-drop
Journalists can download individual assets or grab everything at once via the ZIP download button.
TipInclude a variety of screenshot resolutions — 1920x1080 is standard, but some outlets prefer 4K or vertical crops for social.
Publish & Track
Published press kits are available at a public URL and automatically track:
- Views — how many people visited your press kit
- Downloads — which assets were downloaded most
- Referrers — where visitors came from
Link to Other Tools
Your press kit can include a link to your key request form (see Key Management) and your mailing list signup. This creates a seamless flow for journalists: read the press kit → request a key → subscribe for updates.
