Mailing Lists
Collect signups, manage subscribers, and send campaigns.
Setup
A mailing list is automatically created for each game. Signup forms are available in several places:
- Landing page — built-in mailing list section in every template
- Press kit — optional signup link for press who want update emails
Manage Subscribers
View, search, and filter your subscriber list:
- Segments — player, press, or industry (assigned at signup or manually)
- Source — where the subscriber signed up (landing page, press kit, import, etc.)
- Status — confirmed, unconfirmed, or unsubscribed
You can also import subscribers via CSV upload.
Send Campaigns
Build email campaigns with the rich text editor. Personalize with merge tags like {subscriber_name} and {game_title}. Track opens and clicks for every campaign.
TipUse segments to send different messages to different audiences — players care about gameplay updates, while press contacts want review copies and exclusive assets.
GDPR Compliance
Built-in compliance features:
- Double opt-in — subscribers confirm their email before being added
- One-click unsubscribe — every email includes a visible unsubscribe link
- Data export — download all subscriber data as CSV
- Data deletion — remove individual subscribers and their data on request
