Key Management
Import keys, handle requests, and track distribution.
Import Keys
Add game keys in two ways:
- Paste directly — paste a list of keys (one per line) into the import field
- CSV upload — upload a CSV file with a column of keys
Keys are encrypted at rest and associated with the platform you select (Steam, Epic, GOG, itch.io, or other).
Public Request Form
A public form linked from your press kit and landing page lets journalists and creators request keys. Each request includes:
- Name, email, outlet name, outlet URL, and audience size
- A free-text message explaining why they want a key
- AI fraud scoring — each request is automatically assessed for legitimacy
- Captcha to prevent bot submissions
NoteAI fraud scoring uses signals like email domain reputation, outlet existence verification, and audience size plausibility. It provides a score — the final approval decision is always yours.
Review & Distribute
- Review pending requests in the Keys dashboard
- Check the AI fraud score and request details
- Approve — a key is automatically assigned and emailed to the requester
- Deny — optionally include a reason (not sent to requester)
Track Distribution
Every key has a full audit trail:
- Status — available, reserved, distributed, or revoked
- Assigned to — name and email of the recipient
- Request link — if distributed via a request, links back to the original request
- Notes — add internal notes for your team
